Alex is a Hong Kong local chef and owner of COOKOLOGY cooking studio.

 

He has published a series of cookbooks as well as doing televised and online cookery programs. He is specialized in food art and work as food styling consultant for restaurants, international brands, and local magazines and media groups.

In 2012, Alex set up his own cooking studio – COOKOLOGY.

Located in Central district with a 800 sq ft cozy open kitchen; the studio providing service from cooking classes and kitchen rental service for photo shooting; to recipes development and food styling consultant.
